Constructed circa 1888, Sky Meadow is a timeless beauty that evolved organically over the decades. The overlapping hills are visible from well-placed picture windows, as well as from most rooms in the house.
The second floor is where you'll find three bedrooms, one of which is currently used as a work from home space, and the shared bathroom.
A brief first floor breezeway leads you to a smaller wing of the house with an oversized fourth bedroom and en suite bathroom.

The guesthouse was built in 2009, with posts and beams from a barn that was taken down in Pennsylvania. Primitive modern, the structure has local wood siding and high R-value windows, while the envelope features structural insulated panels (SIP) in the walls and roof.
The first floor is home to a one-car garage, full bathroom and laundry. The second floor houses the living quarters, with two sunny bedrooms, each with private en suite bathrooms.
